App Crashes After Update to 1.1.1

We have heard from a small number of StockTouch customers that the app is crashing on them after they update to verson 1.1.1. We are sorry that this is happening, but the good news is that it's a really easy fix.

In short, delete the app off your iPad, go to the App Store and re-download it. The App Store will remember that you've already purchased the app and allow you to re-download it at no additional cost. It should work fine for you at this point.

Deleting the App
If you have not deleted an app on your iPad before, here's a brief description of how to do so.

Pick up your iPad, and find the StockTouch app icon on your iPad. Hold your finger down on the app icon for about two seconds. The app will suddenly grow a little, start jiggling, and a circle with an "x" will appear on the upper left corner of the app icon. This will happen to all of the other apps on your iPad as well. Here's what it looks like:




Then, touch the circle with the "x" to delete the app. A confirmation will appear that will double-check that you want to delete your app. You should confirm that you want to delete, and then the app will no longer reside on your iPad. This is what the confirmation message looks like:



Next, go to the App Store, search for StockTouch, and download it again. You may need to input your AppleID or password again, and then you should be off to the races. Thanks for your patience.
