StockTouch stuck on opening screen

We have heard from a few people who have experienced the app getting stuck on the opening screen. This may happen if you are experience wireless or 3G connectivity issues. Most of the time we have been able to solve this problem by simply restarting the iPad, or (even easier), restarting the app itself. This short video walks you through how to restart the app, which takes about five to ten seconds.
