OSX Watchlist Management

Levi Jun 16, 2015 04:07PM PDT

Using the OSX version of the app I don't see a way to edit or manage the watchlist(s). Am I missing something? I can on the iPhone by tapping title or the ellipses icon. Also, is there a way to choose which watchlist a stock should be added to? Right now I can only get stocks to appear in the first watchlist (didn't figure it out on iOS or OSX). Maybe a suggestion is to prompt me and ask which watchlist the stock should be added to when the icon is clicked.

Thanks for any help.

Levi -

The OSX version basically is a mirror of your iOS watch maps in v.2.0. We will be adding the additional functionality in the next release. However, you "can" import/export .csv files on Mac (as well as iOS) under the File menu in the ST app.

All manually (tapping binocular) added symbols will go to the first watch map, if full, it will go to the next available. You can go to the watch map editor and copy/paste (word, excel, etc.) symbols either vertically or horizontally into each of the 9 watch maps.

Thanks - I was able to figure it out on iOS. I'm using iCloud and the changes are reflected on the desktop as well, which works for me. I overlooked the ability to edit the stock list. Looking forward to future updates.

Great, glad all is ok. Always make sure your iCloud is active, as all in-app preferences (watch maps and favorites) are kept in the cloud.

Also, if you find the app useful, make sure you rate us at the app store.
