Favorites

Recently, favorites on iPad and iPhone cannot be changed. If I add or delete (by highlighting or de-highlighting the star) my favorites, the changes are not saved. The next time I open StockTouch, the favorites are back to the same ones as 2 weeks ago. (iCloud settings are ON in Documents and Data). What should I do? Kind regards, Huib

Hi Huib -

We currently have an open ticket with Apple regarding the favorites' issue, since it's only affecting a few users and we can't recreate the issue on our end. We hope to have it resolved in the next week.

Solved for me!
Hi. I dont know why this problem is here. Maybe a high number of favorites. Maybe favorites marked time ago that are now out of the screens, dont know.

I was experiencing the problem in both iPad and iphone devices. I have the cloud sharing activated on both, but there is no way to share favorites between my two devices.

Suddenly i have decided to uninstall stocktouch from my iPad and reinstalling again and "here it is"
I now can mark favorites, shut down the app and they are still there when i come back.

I had a lot of favorites (almost maximum) before uninstalling, it erased all my favorites with reinstalling and now i have only marked ten or so. I would communicate if this error is coming back when i would mark a lot of favorites again.

I hope this would help someone else

Hi, its me again.
Everything remains OK. I have now 95 favorites selected and app remember every change i do without problem.
The reinstalling solution works for me until now.
